First time here and first time getting sugar wax. Had an amazing experience with Alicia. So friendly makes you feel super comfortable. The place is super clean and cute. Definitely will be coming back.

I love the new location. It's easy to find, has great parking, and it's aesthetically pleasing. The vibes are so personable. I went in for a Brazil in the Buff. Ana provided excellent services. I love her. She is easy to talk to, funny, and doesn't make anything awkward. Highly recommended Downtown Sugar.

I finally decided to get a Brazilian and so glad I chose this place. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage.I arrived early and was taken in early. Alicia was very patient, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have, I would say severe hyperpigmentation and was afraid that I would be judged but I didn't feel that at all. I am extremely happy with the results and I've already scheduled another appointment in a month. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!
