Anthony arrived on time at 10am as scheduled (no 5 hour arrival windows here !), was friendly and professional, and got the job done. Communication was great via phone and text, you even get a picture of the Tech before he arrives. We've used Done-Rite before and they always have been top notch. Cost was absolutely reasonable, too. Quality is not cheap, but you get great value from Done-Rite!
