Well, when you want the job done right the first time call these guys. That's what I do. Trevor knew the exact solution to my drain issues, said he could have me fixed up that afternoon. Great work, done by 4p and looks and works smoothly.
My toilet overflowed when I washed clothes. James came out and immediately examined and took pictures of my problem. He diagnosed my 65 year old plumbing and said he could fix it hopefully without replacing pipes. He then got out his equipment and went to work and cleared the blockage . Thank you James, for an excellent and very professional job. He really knew what he was doing. I recommend Biard & Crockett for my plumbing needs.
After a rough start with 3 other HVAC companies, and some strong words from me to Tom Yi and Luis, I have heat again! Apologies again for the strong words. Many, many thanks to Tom and Luis for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I've known about Biard & Crockett for years, but never used them, thought they were too big.
