I didn’t know a thing about handing my mom’s remains, and Western Funeral Home made it so easy! Huge shout out to Margie Rivas! A more sympathetic, kind, knowledgeable, and caring person you cannot find! She made the process be as seamless as possible! I will use Western Funeral when the time comes, as long as Margie is still there!
Words can’t describe the pain one goes through when losing a loved one. I just so happened to select western funeral home because it was the closest and had great reviews. I’m so glad I did because Margie was with me every step of the way with guidance and emotional sensitivity. I never had to ask for her. She called me and texted me every day to keep me updated, let me know what I needed to do and she did the rest. I raved about her and a couple of my friends said they had a very different experience when their loved one passed.
