This is where I am insured. Urgent care walk in s are terrible. And it's very terrible when you have to wait 5 hrs in the urgent care. If you are going to the ER, you have to wait 3-4hrs depending on ur condition. Kaiser is not doing a good job in taking care of the patients overall. They advertise this and that, but i don't see it. Especially if you are an elder person, my goodness Kaiser - a NO- NO. For me, I have my docs here who are good and very professional, so I just want to do my thing and get out, that's it.
Great hospital Ontario facility. Surgical team for dr rose was amazing so friendly so professional and so compassionate. Dr. Hunt an amazing anesthesiologist. Thank you from all his family. Gerard the physical therapy so positive so uplifted. God bless all the staff
Kaiser Permanente saved my dad's life. Everyone in the Ontario Medical Center made sure that he was ok 24/7. If it weren't for that, my dad would not be here today. I'll always be grateful to them for everything that they've done to save him. To this day, my dad is doing much better and Kaiser is still proving my dad the best quality of care possible. I'll be switching my PCP to Kaiser because of this. Thank you all and bless you all!!
