Ulta will post gift promotion to sell products and once you pay, they are out of gift stock. I've been to this store and others, now I debate if I should just stick with online. Or go to a different retail store.

I went to this Ulta location randomly. I usually go to the one in Upland, but they were booked. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair cut. Diana was the stylist who cut my hair. She was awesome! Very professional very friendly, and coincidently her and my daughter went to the same elementary and same middle school. So cool. ☺️I will 100% be returning to the store for my hair care and also my daughters. Diana you did an amazing job. I told her and showed her exactly what I wanted done and she made it happen! Thank you Diana!

I'm hoping today was just an off day for them, which is why I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and rating 3 stars instead of 2.1. Workers seemed overwhelmed and tired, not entirely present mentally. 2 of my encounters with employees felt rushed and inconvenient for them. She put products in my bag to buy instead of testing it and discussing my concerns. Then she just threw me to another person, who seemed like she didn't like another employee. Again, maybe it was just an off day, however, the vibes were off in there. My other two interactions were actually really good! One Hispanic and another woman that wore grungy makeup.
