The staff are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The groomer does a great job explaining how the visit went, and the vet is incredibly kind and very detailed. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding with my senior dog who has severe anxiety and my other dog who can be snippy at times. You can tell they genuinely care.
I like this veterinarian, you always find appointments available from one day to the next or the same day. I recommend the doctor and the doctor is very kind. Also the assistants. Grateful for your help and reasonable prices. Urgent medical care, pet food, vaccines and more.
Our little dog was having some pain, I called them, and they were able to see her within an hour. The girls in the front are always friendly, they greet you as soon an you walk in the door. They had a few other customers there, but we didn't wait long. The Drs are very professional and friendly. They also did not charge extra to see my dog the same day. Love this place! I came here after being a long-time customer of Chino Hills Animal Hospital. Their prices are reasonable and you always get friendly service.
