I would highly recommend to people that if you have an issue with your phone, give Joe a call and he will try to help fix your phone or send you to a person to get it fixed. He is super nice and a fast and effective technician. I was out camping and my phone got damaged so I went and called Joe for help. He was super helpful he was on the phone assisting me trying to trouble shoot some potential issues before I had to bring it in for service. Upon meeting him he was very respectful and nice. He was telling us about what he will do to attempt to fix it and that upon opening it if it was an issue he could not fix he would recommended other trusted people to repair my phone....read full review

Joe is super helpful and very detailed! He saved me thousands of dollar!!! I have a MacBook Pro that needed battery change. When I took my Mac to Apple store they won't just change my battery because they found liquid damage to the Mac (In total Apple was gonna charge me $1,400). I don't get why the liquid damage can effect my daily use since I've still been using it for the past year, so I didn't take the liquid damage seriously and only wanted to change the battery. So I contacted Joe. When Joe came over to do the battery change, the first thing he saw was also the liquid damage. He explained to me in detail about that, and suggested me to do a liquid cleaning. So he did the battery change on one day, and I took the Mac to his shop the next day for the liquid damage fix. Joe was very detailed that he took pictures of the computer parts and told me what he did to the parts. I was able to pick up my Mac within 5 hours ! (Apple store took my Mac for a week.....) and I didn't need to break my piggy bank!! Highly recommend Joe for all the IT fixing!

After trying to get my phone fixed at another place and they didn't have the part, I decided to try out here. Joe did great fixing my phone! He had the part I needed on hand and it was cheaper then the first place I was going to go!!
