I had the pleasure of working with Drew from Fierce Plumbing, and I have to say, he’s a true hero in a plumber’s uniform! I called him with an urgent toilet leak issue, and to my surprise, he responded right away and arrived at my home in no time.
Drew laid out all my options and provided clear and reasonable quotes. He spoke with confidence and knowledge, patiently answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. He then got to work, tackling the dreaded toilet leak and the unsightly sewer flies that had invaded my bathroom. I absolutely hate flies, and Drew swooped in like a knight in shining armor to save the day!
Drew came to recaulk the bathrooms in my parent’s home and did an amazing job. The results are beautiful. He was very professional and meticulous with his work. They’re extremely pleased with the results.
