Please train your employees to be just a little
More friendly, a little hi how are you, or a smile goes a long way! I’ve said it over and over I need to stop coming here because it’s just an unpleasant environment. First, it’s a staff and secondly, when you have an SUV and the wash doesn’t clean off the back window the back bumper area and then you asked to have your car re-washed they look at you like why I don’t know if it’s the machines here but my front grill area is always dirty after whether it’s bird crap or bugs. Literally beyond impressed with the customer service and positive attitude I received from employee Laura,?I was extremely unsure which wash would be the best fit for my car and budget but she was very sweet and patient and knowledgeable, In addition the wash was itself was great quality and well worth it!?THANK YOU FAST5EXPRESS??
I passed by this car wash real quick and was greeted with amazing customer service! I was a but nervous because i wouldn't be able to reach the machine but luckily there was a member there, Justin who gave me amazing service! He let me know about a great deal that was ongoing and even after i denied the initial request, he was still very helpful and nice!!
