I passed by this car wash real quick and was greeted with amazing customer service! I was a but nervous because i wouldn't be able to reach the machine but luckily there was a member there, Justin who gave me amazing service! He let me know about a great deal that was ongoing and even after i denied the initial request, he was still very helpful and nice!!
They have on these black gloves when their guiding you in that you can't see when they're pointing witch way to turn your wheels. And I understand it's not the greatest job to have, but they all look miserable working. The only thing smiling is the little cartoon car they have posted. Lol!!
Fast. Clean and informative.I have 2 vehicles. Sedan and a truck.I took my truck there after going to Quick Quack, where I ran the truck thru twice.The first thing the teller at Fast5Xpress told me was Sir, we need to inform you that we will not be able to scrub the top and the hood of your truck because of the accessories. (Lights). I "said well hell thank you, that makes so much sense now." I appreciate you taking the time to tell me.I proceeded to ask about the membership. Can I have two cars on one? Yes.
