“I would highly recommend to people that if you have an issue with your phone, give Joe a call and he will try to help fix your phone or send you to a person to get it fixed. He is super nice and a fast and effective technician. I was out camping and my phone got damaged so I went and called Joe for help. He was super helpful he was on the phone assisting me trying to trouble shoot some potential issues before I had to bring it in for service. Upon meeting him he was very respectful and nice. He was telling us about what he will do to attempt to fix it and that upon opening it if it was an issue he could not fix he would recommended other trusted people to repair my phone. I appreciated the honesty in admitting that there were some issues he may not be able to work on and would recommend me to a different expert. It turned out my phone did have water damage, but it was fixed and repaired within a day. Thanks a lot for fixing my phone Joe.“
