I like this place cause my grandma recommended me before she passed I’m trying to call to make an appointment cause I like in sb and I don’t want to drive all the way over their just for an appointment but no one answer the phone

I've been coming to this beauty salon for about a year now. Diana and her mom are fantastic at cutting hair for both male and female customers. Both ladies a very knowledgeable on all different types of hair and know which product to recommend when it comes down to hair care. Diana is the only hairstylist I trust in my hair because I have full thick, long, and healthy brown hair. Last year I decided to come here and have my hair dyed. What I like about this beauty salon is that they are honest. Diana, from the very beginning, told me my hair wouldn't be as light as the picture I referenced on how I wanted my hair to look (since my hair isn't naturally light). The product Diana uses, she doesn't simply buy. She does her research and uses the best products to protect your hair during the styling process (shampoo, styling spray, and bleach). My family comes here as well. Diana also did miracles with my mom (mom has black hair & would use hair box dye to color hers). Diana told her from the start it would be a long and slow process. Which it was, but she was able to get her as light as my mom wanted. Diana and her mom are empowered female business owners within our community. I've been coming to this same shop for 20 years. All the owners have been nice and good at what they do. All the stylist here have been clean and very nice. The owner is a great person and actually cares about each individual customer and family. It's nice having a good relationship with your hair cutting place. Even with this covid deal she takes all the precautions to keep her customers safe as possible while still being able to trim them up. I recommend this place to lots of people in Ontario and no one has ever been disappointed. But be sure to walk into the right place because theirs another salon next door and It's not the same.
