I don't normally use Diamond Air Services, but from now on I will!! I had been out of town during 100 plus degree weather and returned to a broken AC. I had driven home all night and returned at 5 am for sleep before I went to work at 2pm that day, and my house was 84 degrees inside. I do have animals inside the house,so I was freaked out. At 5 am they answered the call live, and said they would come over between 9 and 10 am. My thought was they would call at 10 and say they were running late and it would be a stressful day. We have a total of five AC units in our building. Diamond Air Service installed one of them last year, and I was very satisfied with their work. That's why I chose them to handle the maintenance for all of our AC units today. Salvador and Baran arrived on time and completed the job without any issues. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. As recommended, I’ve already signed up for their semi-annual maintenance plan.
