The service was amazing. We got right in and were helped right away. It was very calm and every one was very nice. Juan helped us out with piercing my (3 month old) daughter's ears. He stayed calm and collective while working with her. He is very nice and very attentive when it comes to piercings. He gave us some very useful advice when it came to taking care of my daughter's piercings. Thank you Juan and we definitely be recommending him and this location to other friends and family!

Took my 18 year old daughter to get nose pierce. Juan was very friendly and thoroughly explained on what to do. Definitely taking my 16 year old daughter to get a piercing with Juan.

My daughter and I got our first tattoo and we were skeptical about this place because of the latest reviews, but we walked in and the place is clean. I got a small rose tattoo on my wrist and my daughter a slight bigger than mine on her upper arm. We both love them. Fred did a great job and very detailed with our requests. We are satisfied with the work Fred did
