Absolutely horrible experience!These people completely do not give a S about their business or their customers. Called and made an appointment, then was confirmed address and time over text message see screenshot. Showed up on the day of the appointment and the door to the business was completely locked. Call the phone number again and she wouldn't even pick up. I had to call using another phone in order for her to pick up the car and then she accused me of not confirming , the appointment which I have proof in the text message. She then proceeded to tell me that the hairdresser is not back in town, which she failed to tell me about this BEFORE my appointment.Absolutely...read full review
