We’ve been coming here for year, this was at least our sixth visit, and we consistently spend over $400 per visit. The massages are excellent, and every massage therapist we’ve worked with has been outstanding.

There is no locker room, only one restroom with a shower that costs an additional $8 per person. We always pay for it. After our services, one of us showers and the other joins shortly after so we can get dressed and leave efficiently.

Had a Signature facial with Kim. It was wonderful. It comes with neck and shoulder, hand and foot massage. Kim really homed in on the tension spots in my neck and shoulders. My skin looked and felt amazing. Highly recommend.
The massages are excellent -- we've been coming here for years (this was our 6th visit). But on our last visit, one of the owners, Kim, complained because my wife and I took about 30 minutes total for both of us to shower and get dressed after paying over $400 -- which is completely reasonable. The shower costs extra, yet we were still rushed. There's also an outside restroom available for other clients. Great massage, but disappointing customer service at the end. If you plan to shower, be aware that taking too long may become an issue. Leaving this review so others aren't surprised.
