I live in LA and come to Ojai as often as possible. This was my first time at Peak Power and I absolutely loved it. The team was very welcoming and it's a great space, the class is perfectly hot and it was a fabulous flow class. I went several times to Ellen and Susie's classes and can't way enough positive things about the experience. I've never tried Foundation Yoga and recommend for anyone trying to improve their posture and alignment. Thanks for everything Peak Power. I will be back.
