After trying another vet that failed to remove all foxtails from my dog’s paw, I called here and they were able to get our dog in super fast for surgery. I was blown away by the level of customer service, attention to detail and their willingness to get him in asap. Great local business. Thank you Dr. Sallen!! Update: tried to order an allergy medication that my dog has been on for years and they gave me the run around on ordering it until I finally gave up. The manufacturer of the medication said any licensed vet can order it, so not sure what the deal was. Maybe they just didn't want to set it up in their system or they only order medications that they are partnered with? Anyways, was pretty disappointed with that. Took off 1 star.I've been to many vets as I've moved around a lot, and I can say this one has been my favorite. Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled in this case. Dr. Franklin is such a sweetheart. Highly highly recommend.
I love this vet! They are so good to our two pups and have helped us with a few issues. Our pups are like our kids so it’s wonderful to have a place that truly cares. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the environment is lovely!
