I stopped in to drop off my husbands suit and was greeted kindly by the owner. I told her it was my first time and she was excited to welcome me and give me a first time discount. I was very pleased with the experience and service and the suit came out great! I told her no rush and it was done in 5 days though I'm sure she could have done it whenever I asked if I'd been in a rush. It can be hard to find parking to drop off your items here, but I got lucky with a parking spot. They have some nice decor and it looks super clean inside.

I have had consistently great service from Ojai Valley Cleaners, including cleaning down sleeping bags and putting in a new zipper on a skirt. Conscientious, courteous and professional. Good value.

We were in Ojai for a month and took a number of shirts here to be laundered and several pieces of dry cleaning. Everything was returned when promised and looked great. In addition, one of my wife's shirts had some spots on it and they were removed as requested. Staff was courteous and friendly and prices were fair. I'd return: and I recommend them!
