Adamson's Towing

Excellent experience with Adamson's. I decided to drive my vintage car up to Ojai from Los Angeles for a girls weekend. Around 10:30 p.m. my car died. AAA connected me with Adamson's and they showed up and jumped the battery--I thought all was well. It died again which led me to believe it was the alternator. I called AAA again and Jeremy the same driver returned. He was so kind and considerate of my car and its value. He ended up putting my car on a flat bed trailer and towing it back to the place we were staying. Very fast response to my tow request. Jack was very polite and helpful and took great care to winch my Audi up onto the flatbed. I have had careless tow drivers damage my car in the past, but Jack was a true professional - treating my car as it if were his own showcar. Towed it to my dealership for repairs on the electrical system caused by rodents. Thanks again for the great service!

All though the driver caused the only damage to my motorcycle. The gal in the office is super nice and went out of her way to help me. All though the person I had helping me never showed up. I felt bad but unfortunately I'm not in a financially secure state, otherwise I woulda given her a good tip for being so nice. And even tho I didn't really have a choice at the moment, their prices are pretty high. Considering I just got in an accident and it costs $500+++ regardless. I'm sure it's not the receptionists or drivers faults are so high. So please don't take it out on them. They are just the messenger simply doing their job.
