My dog started vomiting non stop. Was referred here by my normal vet who couldn't fit us in. We received fast courteous care. Everything was explained and different choices were given with prices outlined. The prices were very fair for the services received. I would definitely return.
From the moment we walked in with our howling, scared kitty, the staff was so comforting! Our fur baby was sick for days and they were able to get us an appointment and in their care within a half hour! Dr. Derringer was so calming and caring to Ziggy. And Torre kept us calm! Wow!! What a great team & such a pawsitive experience! I have an extremely nervous & agitated pitbull/jack russell terrier mix that loathes going to the vet, definitely my fault as he hasn't had a ton of experience or training when going through stressful situations so I have avoided them. The team was absolutely amazing in making us feel understood, cared for, and also relaying great resources & tips to help. Shoutout to the receptionist, I wish I got her name, I spoke to that assured me they would be able to assist us no worries and got us to come in without hesitation, which is usually hard for me.
