Speaking solely on customer service.. Aaron was amazing. Ran in to make a return and Aaron was very understanding and gave great advice to help me find the right product. You can tell there is a genuine care about customer experience. Very thankful for the positive experience.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. EVERYONE at the Oceanside Ulta location is awesome. They saved the day. Another location did not keep their word and we were scrambling the day before to find a location that could accommodate 6 hair & makeup appointments for the following morning. My family will be forever thankful for Mariela, Leah, Noriko, Valerie, and Ryelee. (Forgive me if I missed anyone.) They came in early to make sure we all got our hair & makeup done early and out the door so we could attend my nephews beach wedding. Thank you, ladies!!!!

I visited this store yesterday to pick up a few favorites where I met Aaron at the Chanel counter. I was amazed at Aarons level of impeccable customer service, product knowledge, sincerity, warmth and helpfulness. I cannot say enough good things in this short review. Aaron helped me from start to finish, educated me on the products and helped me to expand and inprove my skin care regimen. I think this is the best customer service I have had anywhere. His dedication to helping customers is amazing, and others were waiting to see him while hestill gave me 100% of his attention.I usually shop at a closer Ulta location, but will be making the longer drive to this location... read full review
