Thompson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a licensed family-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving Oceanside, California, and nearby areas since 1980. The business is known for its quick and reliable service, handling a variety of plumbing issues such as clogged drains and water heater repairs, as well as HVAC services including AC installations and furnace repairs. Customers praise the team for their professionalism and responsiveness, highlighting experiences with staff members who are courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. One customer appreciated how the technician quickly identified the issue with the AC unit and explained next steps clearly, making the process smooth. The company also installed a new heat pump with air handlers and a 2-zone temperature control system, with the crew returning to redesign the ducting layout to improve airflow. The staff was friendly, neat, and took time to explain how the system works. Although the thermostat still isn’t connected to the internet, they assured the customer they would address it.
