Our dog recently had a bout of bloody diarrhea. We were going to take her to her primary vet (Banfield Oceanside) but they were busy and did not seem concerned about her symptoms. After calling all the Banfields in San Diego for availability, I connected with Surfside, who not only asked how our pup was doing but offered to squeeze us in for an evening appointment. We truly appreciated the team’s effort and compassion and will be returning patients — thank you! ?
We have been going to Surfside for many years and have always had good experiences. We took our dog in today to see Dr. Cobb for an ear issue. It was our first visit with Dr. Cobb, and I really liked her! She gave us a few different treatment options, was patient with our nervous dog, and her team was friendly and efficient. All around good visit.
They always take the best care of my kitties. I have 3 currently. Dr. Webber was the only one to catch (Wet) FIP in my tiny baby Calliope a few years back before I lost her to the fatal disease. She was a tough one♡. I took her to so many vet clinics before she was on the table to have her eye onoculated (one of the symptoms can be bulging or swelling of the eyes/leading to it looking like needing removed) when he called to tell me the sad news. ? turns out it was FIP.
He takes wonderful care of my 3 babies today. A long hair, a Bob tail, and a Sphynx. ?
