I finally took the time to write the review I've been wanting to write since December. My 75-year-old husband with multiple underlying conditions had Covid. My husband wanted to contact his doctor to see if there was anything he could do. Well right away we were greeted on the phone with the rudest person imaginable criticizing him for not having the proper online accounts and without them he could not be seen or do a phone chat. He needed to have not one but two accounts. We were sick and the last thing we felt like was learning and creating new accounts just to get a phone chat. As I was also sick, I asked her if that was how she treated her 90-year-olds and she said "yes" in the snarkiest imaginable tone. Then she threatened to hang up on me because she thought I was rude. I was rude? During the call he was told that he was ineligible for Paxlovid due to other health conditions. And he was accused of not getting lab work which he did, it was found out that it hadn't been transferred to his doctor. Then we were told to take my husband to the ER at Scripps to get monoclonal antibodies. After four hours of being sick in the ER we were told they didn't do them anymore. So being treated rudely, suffering accusations, and having a torturous visit to the ER to get something that was no longer available was his punishment. This is something the doctor should have known. This was all adding insult to injury when they dumped his Medicare Advantage plan. I should mention that he was referred to a cardiologist who was a no show three times.

Had a great experience at this location! Went through the health express area. Staff was very kind, Gentleman at the front who took my information was very nice! Didn't catch their name. Daisy took me to the back recorded my weight and extra information they needed extremely kind. Then Dr Teresa came in and examined me. The sweetest woman that showed genuine care for a patient. Whole experience was fast and easy. I'll be back for any other medical needs

Saved my brother in law's life from kidney failure, blood poisoning, diabetic issues and more. Got him up and moving again. Wonderful staff, caring, attentive, understanding, and supportive. Great experience overall!
