Total waste of time !! Back and forth over a month about going over blood wood..never resolved had to.walk out of visit because dr. Lost records .also poor service with making appts

waiting room smelled like literal CIGARETTES. workers are sadly incompetent here. also if you call and wish to speak to an actual human, good luck. all calls go directly to voicemail so you need to leave a message so they can call you back… eventually. i don’t understand why though? i called 20 mins before my appointment hoping to get an answer to confirm the address and again straight to voicemail. found the address on google and when i made it in the waiting room was completely empty. i was the only one there. the place feels strange?? anyways, i won’t be going back.
