This was seriously the best cleaning I have ever had. The hygienist talked me through every step of the cleaning not only before but also during the procedure. This is the first time I have ever had a topical numbing agent during a cleaning and it made a huge difference! The hygienist was also very aware of my discomfort level and responded well when I let him know I was uncomfortable. Additionally, he kept me engaged by just having a conversation with me. This made me comfortable and allowed me to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience.

Shout out to Dr. Murayama - he did a crown for me last week. I have a poorly understood metabolic condition (parathyroid) which relates to calcium absorption (bones, teeth etc.) and I shared this with Dr. Murayama since it involved throat surgery last summer which limits my neck mobility somewhat. The surgery "cured" the original disorder (hyperparathyroidism) but created a potential new disorder (hypoparathyroidism) which I explained to him. He took the time to listen to my story and unlike so many rushed medical people, really engaged with me and listened. The front office ladies are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They will let you know ahead of time the procedures for the day and how much your expenses will be. Dr. Murayama and his assistants are extremely caring and very informative. Corey, dental hygienist, is very knowledgeable and informative on teaching preventive dental methods. I travel quite a distance to get this excellent service. Well worth it!
