Friendly helpful and caring. I was dreading my VA appointments. I have heard horror stories. This is not the case here. The staff helped me out so much with scheduling. The doctors are all very kind and work with you, they genuinely seem to be on your side. I didn’t experience and dismissiveness here. Everyone that works here seems to really care.
Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and was seen right away. The waiting area, offices, and bathroom were all very clean. My hearing exam was with Dr. Tess Fickas. The exam went smoothly and quickly, but I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me out of there or didn't care. I have worked on planes for the past 11 years, and she was patient and understanding when I explained the issues I had with my hearing. It did not feel like I was there for a C&P exam but one of her patients. Thank you Dr. Fickas!
