Personal plumbing was called to fix a leak in the attic. They were prompt, efficient. and thorough in telling me what the problem was. The agent even gave me the phone number of the manufacturer so that I could call to see if it is under warranty. They were also recommended by Andrew Rosa of Servpro, whom I trust very much.
Cody did an amazing job fixing my leak. He went above and beyond, was super professional, and took the time to explain everything. I’m really impressed with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
Cody was extremely professional when he came to fix our shower, (no running water to the mater bathroom). He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, Cody answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly.
