We were anxious about getting a cortisone shot because of the long term side effects. Dr. Derrington and his staff were professional and friendly. “Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and was seen right away. The waiting area, offices, and bathroom were all very clean. My hearing exam was with Dr. Tess Fickas. The exam went smoothly and quickly, but I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me out of there or didn't care. I have worked on planes for the past 11 years, and she was patient and understanding when I explained the issues I had with my hearing.
