If your neck, shoulders, hips and back are so tight,( bad knee injury- knee was knee soup- multiple tears in the meniscus, grade 3 sprains ALC, LCL and MCL torn interior horn etc) that you have lost your will to live... GO SEE Supreeya! Do not let her slight frame fool you- ; ) Her hands are strong on knotted muscles. that are so tight they feel like concrete. Motrin did NOTHING. She is highly intuitive, with a sweet spirit and you know instantly you are literally in good hands. Some areas hurt because they were so bloody tight, but it hurt in the best possible way, as you know healing is on the way. I had a 90 minute session. I was thinking I would probably be sore from the treatment in the morning, I drank a lot of lemon water last night- who knows what toxins, grief, stress etc was released...I woke up feeling better than I have in a year- with only slight soreness in my neck, which was STILL less pain and stiffness then I had before. I would book 3-90 minute sessions back to back if I could, but I don't want to break this dear woman, as I will be going back in 10 days as she recommended. I feel soooooo much better I could cry. I had been struggling with De Quervain's tenosynovitis since February 2022, enduring two years of searching for a solution to ease the sharp pain whenever my wrist moved into certain positions, as well as the accompanying stiffness. Eventually, I reached a point where I resigned myself to the idea that I might never again enjoy activities like drawing, painting, sewing, and cooking, as my thumb and fingers were increasingly immobile. It wasn't until I met Dr. Sarah that things turned around. Her thorough examination and keen attention to detail pinpointed not only the De Quervain's tenosynovitis but also other underlying issues contributing to my pain and stiffness. She understood that treating just one aspect wouldn't lead to full functionality.
