Was recommended this spot almost 7 months ago and have been going weekly ever since. The combo option of Lagree and Versa make it a great spot to change up routine while staying dedicated to your health! I love to try different classes around town and this one is one that has stuck. The instructors are all different in the way they train and the positions they have you do, which is also great! I feel like every time I go it's a little different and that's key for me! Recovery in the sauna/cold plunge is divine!

So thrilled I finally checked out this studio! I pass by it every day I go to work and home. I recently broke up with my previous studio due to things and vibes changing the classes not being what they used to be. I tried the 2 wk promotional membership and as soon as it expired, signed up for monthly. Their Lagree and Versa classes are amazing. I feel like I'm in a private session each Lagree class due to the instructors being so informative and amazing. Their schedule is bar none. They practically have a class every hour, depending on day. The best! So happy to have found my new home studio :-)

I’ve been a member since opening and can’t say enough lovely things about this place! Instructors are sweet, knowledgeable and so motivating. It’s nice to be continuously challenged with the workouts, even after 6 years!
