Key Martial Arts offers a unique and exciting approach to martial arts. Their program is designed to encourage children to learn martial arts skills in a positive atmosphere. My grandchildren having been attending Sensei Polack and Mrs Sensei Polack classes for some time and besides improving their physical skills, they also feel more confident.
