We were given a free year membership to HOCOA as part of purchasing another service. We bought a house and needed to do many major and minor projects. Carpets, balcony, landscaping, room additions, solar etc. I asked HOCOA for connections for many of these. They were quick to respond and we had productive and informative discussions. So far we used a carpet vendor they recommended. We have many projects upcoming. We'll pay for the service next year.

well here i am lol i live in ohio ahaha quality service i never used. they LEGIT man i tell ya. one time i had an imaginary friend go there HE SAID IT wAs GrEaT !!! THE BEST HOCO HOCOS IN THE GAMEEE 10 OUTTA 10 BANANAS. BOI oh BOI oh GEE WILLY WONKERS THEY SPEK. TACK A LACKA LACKA CRACKA WACK jk THEY SUCK just kidding they goood.
It has been two years using HOCOA for our seven units in Oceanside that we manage from Palm Spring. They have made it so much easier by introducing us to hard working, honest, and reliable contractors. We use to have an issue in finding contractors that would be willing to work on our rental units and actually show up but since we have started using HOCOA that issue has diminished. Now if we have an issue we just send a quick email or text to HOCOA services and they get on it right away, they even follow up to make sure the contractor has contacted you and you are satisfied with their service.
