had my nails done yesterday ( 12/20/23) dip full set and one nail is already completely chipped at the end one day later (12/21/23). i will be returning to my other salon. so disappointed

Use Caution when getting gel removed. I LIKED coming here for pedis and manis but twice I have asked them to not drill my nails to remove the Gel with my manis. They have thinned out my nails and they are now very brittle. Be careful when doing Gel because they use the drill to remove Gel Manis which will damage your nails. Even though I told her not to she still did it. I had no choice but to get regular polish and she then did not want to do my nails since I wasn't getting Gel.Services: Pedicure

I was so impressed, the shop is updated and clean. My nails turned out awesome. However I have a disability of only 6 fingers and this was the only time I was charged full price in 30 years. It is less time, less product and I’m a great tipper. I am more aware for disabled and disadvantages so common we need to help each other!! Not sure I’d go back just because of lack of empathy ….Service: Acrylic nails
