No issues with the physicians but the lady who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. It's ashamed to see this kind of behavior specially since they are the voice of the Medical facility - Graybill Oceanside. A little costumer service training would be great.

My doctors awesome but there administrators are extremely disorganized and rude and never do anything right the first time. You have to constantly call to get stuff done and even then they make a mistake due lack of communication. If my doctor wasn’t good I would have switched a while ago. Ever since they switched to palomar health this place has gone down hill with no sign of returning to its better days

Scheduling an appointment has been a nightmare. They either don't call you back or tell you if you miss their call you don't get a doctors appointment. It's just ridiculous. The lady on the phone told me today their system has been down for 2 months due to a security breach. How are they even open? They seem inefficient at best. I think I'm going to find myself a new primary, that actually sees patients in a timely fashion.
