Morgan is amazing! She's not only a very gifted and talented makeup artist, but she has a medical background as well. I felt so comfortable trusting her to do my permanent eyeliner. She first spent ample time with me to find out exactly what I wanted. The process was painless and the outcome was nothing but perfection!
