YES ! They are open. I went to Gloria for a hair cut and was impressed with the store front and beauticians working there. There pricing was incredibly affordable and definitely family friendly. I have had a few barbers but a beautician working on my hair made a big difference. Check them out and you'll see what all the good reviews are about.
