Katie Corcoran went above and beyond today We had a very inconvenient situation just days before Christmas, with family coming to visit. Stress set in as I began calling plumbers, repetitively hearing sorry, not a vailable. Katie answered her phone on first ring and mentioned that she was just out of the shower and getting ready for a Holiday Celebration but would try to talk me through it. I'm amazed that she was able to accessorise her outfit while talking me through a hands on toilet project. Katie did a phenomenal job with our water heater. When I called, she was able to come right away since she happened to be around my neighborhood. She diagnosed the issue and was able to start the job the next day. Katie was efficient, professional and friendly. She was very easy to talk to and she made some suggestions as well for us to think about in the future since our plumbing is quite old. I highly recommend her!! She did an excellent job! Thanks so much!

Katie replaced a number of shut off valves and installed a new kitchen faucet. She arrived at the promised time and did a quality job for a reasonable price. Also she's a very nice person to deal with. I highly recommend Fluid Plumbing.
