The person who showed up to do the initial inspection was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I also spoke on the phone twice with the owner who was so very patient answering my myriad of questions. Very personable. He also dealt with several emails from me. And more and more questions--always patiently! It's clear they know what they're doing and are willing to work with you to make you a happy customer. And I am! Thank you, Flood Solutions!

Flood Solutions is a local, family owned and operated business. I have used them for water damage personally, as well as referred them over to numerous friends and clients. The owner Joey is very professional, honest, caring, accurate, detail oriented and responsive. All of the owners qualities are reflected in his employees, their work and work ethic. They are the best and their workmanship is as top of the line.
