Our daughter is in the middle of her senior year XC season, and dealing with bursitis. We came to Dr. Derrington after following PT protocol and she needed something more. We were anxious about getting a cortisone shot because of the long term side effects. Dr. Derrington and his staff were professional and friendly. He evaluated my daughter's condition and suggested nano dose cortisone. She felt great the next day and returned to running the following day. I loved that Dr. Derrington suggested supplements as an alternative to NSAIDS.
I'd been struggling with persistent swelling and a Baker's cyst on my left knee, the result of cartilage loss from 30 years of running and in more recent years, the demands of mountaineering. A cortisone shot provided only very temporary relief with immediate setbacks if I returned to running, and I wanted to avoid having a series of shots and risking further damage to my knee. My coach and gym community referred me to Dr. Derrington, and the consultation for PRP treatment left me feeling very at ease and confident that this would offer the best long-term results and allow me to continue running and climbing.

I worked with Dr. Darrington on several building discs in my back, and they do seem to be healing up nicely. I’d done rest and PT beforehand for six months, and still had a lot of back pain. Doing the PRP injections seemed to prompt much better healing.
