Dr. Wong took care of my skin cancer and wanted me to use an ointment on the pre cancer but due to confusion by my wife needed clarification on usage but they were off that day but the office called the San Marcos office to help, and they were very helpful

I LOVE my dermatologist, he's legit the best! My only complaint is that he is so good it's sometimes hard to get in to see him, but he's worth the wait for sure. I have noticed that my appointment time I see more of as a check-in time and bring my work with me to do while I wait in the lobby, so that doesn't bother me at all. Front desk has always been helpful in person, able to assist me with co-pay's and questions about billing, and any specials they have going on. My biggest complaint is that it's hit or miss sometimes when you call in, almost worth it to go there in person if you're needing more than an appointment a few months out. But i'm willing to do a lot more footwork just to be able to continue seeing my dermatologist. He really is amazing, just got two mole/skintabs removed and i didn't even feel it. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Go see Dr. Thiele, you'll be thankful you did!

Dr. Ross is wonderful. He takes his time and is very thorough. The office and medical staff are great.I just switched to Dermatology Specialists from another group and I am so glad I did.
