The Action Carpet Team was exceptional! We had done some shopping around and decided on Action because of our experience on the first visit. Steve did a great job explaining & providing carpet choices. Shawn provided great support & customer service on our follow calls & questions & Kany was the cherry on top explaining the details of old carpet removal & installation. The pricing was very competitive as well. The install team showed up on time & did an amazing job! This has been an incredible experience for getting new carpet! The sales person, Steve, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They have a vast collection for any budget (excellent prices, and what I was quoted was what I paid) and so many beautiful designs and textures. The installation was smooth and timely, and the installation guy worked really hard to get it done in a day. He arrived early, stayed late, and moved the furniture with care. I can’t wait to come back for the next project which will be to update new flooring for the rest of the home!
Installation crew was on-time and efficient. They were polite and went beyond what was expected by replacing closet carpeting although not part of our contract. They were careful moving our furniture and the installation looks beautiful. Kany was extremely helpful in ordering the carpet and holding it until we were ready for installation 2 months later. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
