1ST Choice Pest Management did a termite inspection for us in Oceanside and they were great to work with. They had great communication, I was out of town at times and they went the extra mile to help me out. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future if needed!

We had 1st Choice Pest Control come out this week for inspection. I was really impressed with our inspector Jon - he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We feel confident in the advice he gave us and really appreciate his honesty. We are thankful that R & D gave us this referral.

1st choice was referred by our pest company, R&D Pest. We had another company do a termite inspection and their quote was 2x more for spot treatment in our attic. We had wood rot in our eaves and the other company was also charging 2x more than a real roofer. John was honest with his findings and we were pleased with our experience that we referred them to our relatives. They offer a two year warranty. They conduct weekly staff meetings (I found out while scheduling a time with them) which I think says a lot about a company. They keep everyone on the loop so they don't drop the ball.
