I just finished a kitchen remodel and had Roadrunner do the plumbing. Kevin was good to reschedule several times when other contractors caused delay. He had to send an associate to do the work since he was tied up. The work was done quickly. I had a problem with the gas stovetop hookup and Kevin came back himself to work it out. It was a difficult hookup and required some special adaptations. He did not charge me for the second visit and did a great job. I have previously used Roadrunner to totally replumb my Mom's house. They did a good job on that also. I would recommend them to anyone needing work.
This is my second experience with Road Runner. John was involved with a kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Recently, the shower fixture was not able to fully shut off the valve with a leak from the shower head. John came on time, had to go through a wall to get to the fixture (through the living room wall/bookcase). He replaced the fixture, put the bookcase back together. It looked like the original. Pleasant manner.
It Was A Good And Very Professional Service By Mr. John..Definitely We're Going To Look Into This Company Again If Any Needs For Their Service Comes Up (Hopefully Not In The Near Future??)...Keep Up With The Good Work!!??!!!
