This company is not trustworthy. They first of all tore my blind without letting me know and changed their prices that the husband told me it would be. After the cleaning was completed the price that they provided me the cleaners told me no it's this price. Mind you I made sure the amount that I had was the exact amount. They girls said no, it a different amount. After the cleaning I contacted Susana via phone to let them know that they changed the price. She tells me well your house was really dirty. Really your job is to clean and first of all you don't know how dirty. The next day I contacted them regarding the blind I didn't realize they had broke. I called her to try to address the issue but she wasn't as responsive as she should have been. I even tried calling but she wouldn't answer. She said she couldn't contact the girls right now and she would have to do it the next day. I said well you know what since they cleaned well I would just suck up the cost as I may want to give them another try because the cleaned my house well. A month later I contacted them for a cleaning and she/he not sure if it's her or husband I'm speaking to behind the text. I sent a message to confirm that the price was what I was originally quoted for monthly cleaning. She/he sends a message and says no it's different because your house is big and it's been a month. Ok, this is not what I was quoted. If you want a professional honest and trustworthy company to clean your home this is not the company!
