Shawn and Chandra of National Property Inspections did our inspection prior to our purchase of a home in the Trilogy development of Rio Vista. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Shawn and Chandra did an inspection on my home and provided valuable information/guidance during the entire process. The last thing Shawn did after his inspection was give me his business card and said "this is my phone number, it goes to my phone, call it if you need anything". Needless to say I called Shawn multiple times for advice and expertise on handling certain situations, even after I got the keys to my home!
