Initial conversation was pleasant and friendly. I trusted her to wash my vessel bi-weekly. I explained the previous company I had contracted was experiencing staffing issues and I needed to find another company. She worked with me to find a price close to what I was paying before. I felt very confident she was the right person for the job. Boy was I wrong! She scammed me out of two washes. For the initial wash, she claimed she went and everything went well. I paid her and thanked her with no issue. The mistake I made was not physically going to check the work myself. The second wash comes and the same thing.
