We've used Dependable for a handful of emergency repairs over the last 10 years, most notable was a couple of trees falling on the house that required a fair amount of gutter replacement and a couple of roof punctures. Most recently, Nov 2023, they replaced the roof on our steep pitched roof; as well as replaced and installed new skylights. It turned out to be a 3 week job. They are punctual, well staffed, quite knowledgeable in steep roof hazards. Additional work was required on replacing panels and sub-roof since it was a 50 year roof in most places. José and project foreman Gabriel were simply outstanding at every step of the process for our danville California home. José was helpful and guided us to make sure that we did things like select the correct roof color, replace facia boards that had dry rot and the like that needed to be done and Gabriel was able to ensure the job was done beautifully and when questions came up he was more than very helpful to decide how best to proceed.At every step of the process Dependable Roof went above and beyond!It was great that they cleaned up after every day… They were here five days!This is the go to company for a new roof, gutter work, facia board replacement, roof ridge... read full review
